How it works:

We meet in person 4 times Oct. 2, 9, 16, & 23 from 6-8:00 (Note: the first meeting only, is from 6-8:30)


~ 3 day whole foods detox with grocery list ( we all start this together on Oct. 2)

~ 4 different styles of yoga and meditations, vision board materials and a journal

~ Lisa will provide a plant based dinner at each meeting

~Daily motivation emails which will include journaling questions, affirmations, and a healthy recipe

~ Private Facebook group, which will open on September 25th, where Lisa provide tons of delicious recipes, healthy tips and lots of support
